Sales Contract

  • After everything is agreed by all parties , the sales contract is then signed by Buyers and Sellers.
  • All Funds received from Buyer are held in an Escrow Account at the Title Company/Attorney.

Timeline to Closing

  • A Timeline will be set in the sale contract for deposit, inspections, financing and the closing date.
  • Meeting the requirements on time is very important to ensure a clear path to closing.
